Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. This English text is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.
§ 1 Scope and provider
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website blib.news and the waitlist for blib offered on it.
Provider: Adahan Kulaksiz, Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Wien, Österreich, email: [email protected].
§ 2 Subject matter
blib.news provides information about blib and lets you join a waitlist for early access.
blib is at an early stage. There is no entitlement to availability, to any particular scope of features, or to the launch of the service.
§ 3 Waitlist and signup
You sign up by entering a valid email address. Joining the waitlist gives no entitlement to access the service.
You can unsubscribe at any time by withdrawing your consent (see the Privacy Policy).
§ 4 Costs
Joining the waitlist and early access are currently free of charge.
Any future paid offerings will be clearly marked in advance. No automatic charges arise and there is no tacit renewal.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
As no paid contract is concluded via the waitlist, no costs arise. You can withdraw your signup at any time without giving reasons.
For any future paid services, statutory consumer rights apply, in particular the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). A withdrawal notice will then be provided separately.
§ 6 User obligations
You provide only your own valid email address and do not use the site abusively, in particular not in a way that disrupts its operation.
§ 7 Liability
blib is operated with care. Uninterrupted availability and the accuracy, completeness or fitness of the content for a particular purpose are not warranted.
Liability is limited, as far as legally permissible, to intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory consumer rights and liability for personal injury remain unaffected.
§ 8 Changes
The offering and these Terms may be changed with effect for the future. The current version published on blib.news applies.
§ 9 Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 10 Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protective provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
