What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we process the email address you enter.

We use it for one purpose only: to email you about blib and your early-access spot.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Waitlist provider (processor)

Signups are handled by GetWaitlist, which stores and processes your email address on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

GetWaitlist is based in the United States, so your email address may be transferred there. The transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address in server and CDN logs, acting as our processor.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

We use no tracking cookies, no advertising and no analytics that identify you. Only technically necessary functionality is used to serve the page.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, or until the waitlist is discontinued, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection; and you may withdraw a given consent at any time.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, email: [email protected], www.dsb.gv.at.
